~{simple flower tutorial}~

Wow, there is lots of news to update you on in Stampin' Up! world.

But before I do, I just wanted to share this quick picture tutorial for making shaped flowers.

I was inspired by a picture in the current (2013-2014) catalogue (pg150) and am kicking myself I had not noticed it before!

I hope the pictures are self explanatory, however before you all start asking me if you are meant to have a notch cut out of one of the flowers...can I explain that it was a tight squeeze getting three flowers out of the paper I had, and because I knew it would be covered up it didn't matter that I couldn't fit it in.

Please let me know if you create something pretty using this method.

On with the news!

The new catalogue is imminent, so this means the retirement list is out, basically there are products that get "retired" too make way for new ones.  Stampin' Up! release a list of these products a month before the new catalogue so that you can have the opportunity to nab them before they disappear for good.

You can see the retirement list and what is still in stock {here}, there are also new items in the clearance rack {here}.  If there are items you can't live without please order them via my online shop as products are selling out every day.
The other way to nab yourself a bargain is to sign up as a demonstrator!  Until the end of June you can sign up for only £50!  In return you can choose £55 of product and get £45 worth of business materials to get you started (you can even choose items from the clearance rack).  By signing up asap you will get to preview the new catalogue and even be able to pre order products before other people see them!
